The Decade of Courage Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Empower Adventures Tampa Bay, 423 Lafayette Blvd, Oldsmar, FL 34677 (“Sponsor”).
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and members of their households are not eligible.
The Giveaway begins September 30, 2026 and ends November 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.
Complete the RSVP form on the Decade of Courage event page at zipontampabay.com with your first name and a valid email address. Every eligible RSVP is one entry into the drawings for the Zip Line Adventure for Four and the Annual Unlimited Paddleboard Membership.
Summer Camp drawing: parents or legal guardians of a child ages 7 to 12 may also opt in to the Summer Camp drawing by checking the box on the RSVP form. Only entrants who opt in are eligible for the Summer Camp prize.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, entries made with multiple or fake email addresses, or entries made by automated means will be disqualified.
Three (3) prizes will be awarded, with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,000:
Summer Camp Week (ARV $500): one (1) week of Empower Adventures summer camp for one (1) child ages 7 to 12, subject to camp session availability, registration, age requirements and Sponsor's camp policies.
Zip Line Adventure for Four (ARV $300): one (1) Empower Adventures gift card good for a zip line adventure for four (4) people.
Annual Unlimited Paddleboard Membership (ARV $200): one (1) twelve-month unlimited paddleboard membership at Empower Adventures.
Prizes are subject to Sponsor's standard gift card and membership terms, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred or substituted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All activities are subject to availability, reservation, a signed participation waiver and standard safety requirements, including a rider weight between 60 and 270 lbs. Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be selected in random drawings held in person at the Decade of Courage Community Celebration, 423 Lafayette Blvd, Oldsmar, FL, on November 7, 2026 at approximately 1:30 PM Eastern Time.
The Summer Camp prize will be drawn first, from eligible entrants who opted in to the Summer Camp drawing. The Zip Line Adventure for Four and the Annual Unlimited Paddleboard Membership will then be drawn from all eligible entries. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
You must be present at the drawing to win. If a selected entrant is not present when their name is called, that entry is forfeited and another entry will be drawn until a present, eligible winner is selected. Winners must show a valid government-issued photo ID and may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and release. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Except where prohibited, accepting a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
By entering, you agree to receive event reminders and marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor will not sell your information.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, weather or any other factor impairs its integrity or the event. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
For the winners' names, email jessica@zipontampabay.com with the subject line “Decade of Courage Winners” within thirty (30) days after the drawing.
